Equipment maintenance management

1) Operators have the responsibility of managing, using, and maintaining the equipment at their posts, and strictly abide by the requirements for safe operation. To achieve "Four understandings and three meetings" (understand the structure, understand the principle, understand the performance, understand the use; know how to use, know how to maintain, and know how to troubleshoot), and complete the following tasks:

① Use the equipment correctly: The operator must strictly abide by the operating procedures, be familiar with the operating procedures (including preparation for maintenance before starting up, adjustment and switching during operation, shutdown and accident handling, etc.), and carefully control various parameters in the operation of the equipment (such as temperature, Pressure, flow, time, speed, voltage, current, etc.), over-temperature, over-pressure, and overload operation are strictly prohibited.

② Carefully inspect the equipment: the operator should determine the patrol inspection route according to the technological process, strictly implement the patrol inspection system, and check the operation of the equipment by listening, seeing, touching, comparing, smelling and other means. Find out the cause of the abnormal situation in time and deal with it in time. If there is a dangerous situation, it should be dealt with urgently, and the relevant personnel should be notified in time, and the inspection record should be kept at the same time.

③ Careful maintenance of equipment: The operator must carefully do the lubrication of the equipment, check the lubrication of the equipment reasonably, and fill the oil holes and sliding parts with lubricating oil according to the lubrication requirements.

④ After the work is completed, the work surface should be cleaned, leftovers and debris should be removed, and the power supply should be cut off.

⑤ Clean up the work site.

2) The security personnel are directly responsible for maintaining the equipment. The security personnel should check on their posts frequently, take the initiative to learn about the operation of the equipment from the operators, deal with any problems in time, and make detailed records.

3) The security personnel must ensure that all the equipment is in good condition. Standby equipment should be inspected and maintained regularly, and be protected from dust, moisture, corrosion, and freezing. Transmission equipment should be cranked and switched regularly.

4) Strictly implement the shift shift system, carefully and meticulously do the shift work of the equipment operation status, and have a detailed record of the handover of the main production equipment.
