JRS01 Four-color printing machine
This equipment is suitable for printing up to four color patterns on the surface of aluminum, lead-tin, zinc and other metal tubes.
The equipment can automatically insert the aluminum tube that needs to be printed on the pin of the conveyor chain for printing, and can automatically send the printed aluminum tube to the pin of the conveyor chain for drying.
The equipment has no tube on the mandrel, and can automatically give way to avoid printing ink on the mandrel through the proximity switch and the cylinder switch.
This equipment is easy to operate, accurate in color registration, high in printing accuracy, PLC control of the whole machine, frequency conversion speed regulation, and Fukasen indexing mechanism. Key components such as eight-axis discs and cams are processed by CNC equipment, which is accurate and reliable.
