YR02 Trimming Machine is a device used to modify and shape the embryo tube (lead tin or aluminum) punched by the extruder, including cutting the tube head, pressing the thread of the nozzle, cutting off the excess part of the tube tail, polishing the tube shoulder, etc.One of the tube manufacturing equipment for the daily chemical industry and the pharmaceutical industry.
This machine is a stand-alone automatic equipment in an automatic assembly line, and adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. The embryo tube is entered by the feeding rack, and the order is automatically carried out by ten mandrels for the first tube feeding, second tube feeding, tail cutting, thread extrusion, incision, tube tail separation, air blowing/out tube, and tail scraping. Process, and then sent to the next process equipment processing through the discharging rack.
For various tubes of different specifications, it is suitable for processing hoses of different specifications only by replacing some parts.
