GZ05 Filing and sealing machine is suitable for filling paste products packed in composite tubes or aluminum tubes. This machine can be used for canning of single color paste or color stripe paste. This machine can be used alone, or it can be connected to the cartoning machine through a cardan shaft to realize simultaneous production with the cartoning machine.

Main features:

1. The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC control and color touch screen operation.

2. The operation text is in Chinese and English, which can be freely converted.

3. The whole machine adopts double-opening forest indexing mechanism, which makes the indexing stable and accurate.

4. The light is driven by a stepping motor, and the cup holder and the light transmission adopt a gear ring type, so the light is accurate and there is no sliding movement.

5. By controlling the rotation of the stepping motor to adjust the filling valve, precise control of the filling volume is achieved.

6. The whole machine is enclosed by plexiglass and stainless steel. When any door is opened during normal production, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm (the red light of the warning light starts to flash), and the display shows which door is opened.

7. The large-capacity drop box automatically drops the pipe.

8. The filling adopts high-precision stainless steel pump, and the part in contact with the material adopts 316L material, which is safe and hygienic

9. If the filling is not good, it will automatically stop and give an alarm. If there is no tube, it will not fill. If the light is not good, it will not fill. The waste tube and broken tube will be automatically rejected.
